Srinagar (J&K) – India made Indian Army’s Aviation ALH Dhruv helicopter crashed in Ranjit Sagar Dam in Kathua District. The Pilot and co-pilot of the helicopter are safe. The helicopter had taken off from Pathankot (Punjab) and met with the accident during a routine sortie. NDF troops have rushed to the location for the rescue. The rescue operation is underway using the watercraft and with the help of specialised divers. It is not yet clear what exactly caused the accident.
