Adverse conditions prevail everywhere today. Seekers should ensure that remedies such as chants, etc. are performed every day during this period.
1. Chants : To increase our immunity and obtain spiritual strength, the Names of Deities advised by Sadguru (Dr.) Mukul Gadgil (Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Gurudev Datta – Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Om Namaha Shivaya) should be chanted 108 times daily. The audio of this chant is available at – https://www.sanatan.org/en/helpful_chant_in_corona
1A. If you notice phlegm in the chest or to avoid phlegm in case of cough, the Names of Deities ‘Shri Durgadevyai Namaha – Shri Hanumate Namaha – Shri Hanumate Namaha – Om Namaha Shivaya – Om Namaha Shivaya’ should be chanted 108 times daily.
2. Reciting stotras : Listen to ‘Chandikavach (Devikavach)’ in the morning and ‘Bagalamukhi Digbandhan stotra’ in the evening to be protected during the adverse times.
3. Wearing ‘Rakshayantra’ and ‘Ramkavach’ : As instructed by Paratpar Guru Pande Maharaj, we should carry the ‘Rakshayantra’ everywhere and wear ‘Ramkavach’. The threads of Rakshayantra and Ramkavach, as well as a copy of the Rakshayantra in the amulet, should be changed every 2 months. Offer the old threads and the copy of the Rakshayantra in fire and use new threads and fresh copy in the amulet. There is no need to change the amulet of the Rakshayantra. A copy of the Rakshayantra and related instructions are available at – https://www.sanatan.org/en/a/107815.html
4. Remove the distressing covering on the Saptachakras with the hand or with an incense-stick every hour : Remove the distressing covering of negative energy, starting from the Sahasrar to the Swadhisthan chakra for 2-3 minutes every hour. Seekers who have spiritual distress should remove the covering with the help of an incense-stick, while seekers who do not have distress should remove the covering with their hands. Later, perform remedies by inhaling the fragrance of ‘Bhimseni’ camphor. Pray to Shrikrushna – ‘Purify my body and let me feel enthusiastic’.
The negative energies are trying in every way to cause distress to the seekers by interrupting their spiritual practice. In times of crisis, these problems increase more; hence, it is imperative for everyone to perform remedies such as chanting.
O’ seekers ! Since the Almighty God is with you, do not waiver during adversities, remain steadfast and perform all remedies with faith !

Individual spiritual experiences of seekers published here are according to the Principle – ‘Where there is bhav (Spiritual emotion), there is God’. It is not that every individual will have similar experiences.
Spiritual distress : This means that the individual has negative vibrations. If the individual has more than 50% negative vibrations, it denotes ‘severe’ distress. If the negative vibrations are between 30 and 49%, it denotes ‘moderate’ distress; if the negative vibrations are less than 30%, it denotes ‘mild’ distress. Spiritual distress is caused by spiritual reasons such as destiny, distress due to departed ancestors, etc. |
