Crores of hawala cash found in a car going from Delhi to Gujarat

Everyone is aware of the hawala rackets spread all over the nation. But, in some such stray incident, money is actually revealed. This will give the public an idea about the money involved in other transactions !

Dungarpur (Rajasthan) – While routine checking a car going from Delhi to Gujarat, the Police found crores of rupees in it. The Police have arrested two accused along with the cash. The counting of the cash continued throughout the day with a note-counting machine brought from a bank. The counted cash amounted to Rs. 4.5 crore which was being transported to Gujarat, from Delhi, under the hawala racket. The Police is further investigating the case.
