Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar Rao

Hyderabad (Telagana) – Telangana Chief Minster K. Chandrashekhar Rao courted controversy by comparing activists, who attempted to submit a petition, to dogs. The opposition party has demandedthat CM Chandrashekhar Rao should apologize.

  1. Chandrashekhar Rao was attending a foundation laying ceremony at Nagarjun Sagar in Nalgonda district. Activists of the ‘Dalit Shakti’ organization attempted to submit a petition to him. They were raising slogans and holding banners stating their demands. This resulted in chaos for a while.
  2.  While reacting to this situation Chandrashekhar Rao said, “take the papers. Now that you have given the memo. Leave from here. If you want to stay, please remain calm. Do not act stupidly here else you will be punished. Police, take them away. Other people, just neglect them. I have seen several such dramas. There are lot of dogs like you. You are just handful in number. If you cross the limits there will be no trace of you left. You cannot create any nuisance here. Leave from here”.
