In Hindu majority India the minorities don’t face such incidents, on the contrary, the minorities here vandalise Hindu temples, desecrate idols and indulge in love jihad. Yet, religious fanatics in India are termed as secular and Hindus as fundamentalists.
Such incidents occur not only in Bangladesh, but also in Pakistan and Afghanistan, yet Hindus all over the world remain indifferent !

Dhaka – In the year 2020, 179 Hindus were killed in various incidents, while 7,036 Hindus were injured and 2,723 Hindus forcibly converted to Islam. ‘Jatiya Hindu Mohajote’ a Hindu organisation, presented these figures in a press conference. These incidents are constantly increasing compared to previous years. In 2019, 108 Hindus were killed in various incidents and 484 Hindus injured.

The General Secretary of the organization, Gobinda Chandra Pramanik said that,

Atrocities against Hindus are constantly on the rise. In 2020, 94 Hindus were abducted whereas in 2019, 76 Hindus were abducted and 18 Hindus converted.
In the year 2020, 53 Hindu women were raped and 370 idols desecrated. The corresponding figures for 2019 were 42 and 246.
The number of temples vandalised in 2020 was 163, up from 153 in 2019.
Last year 2,125 Hindu families were forced to flee the country where as 379 families left the country in 2019.
40,703 Hindus were affected in various ways, and in 2019 the number of people affected was 39,505.
