Why are Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, and, Amir Khan are silent about the alleged suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput? – Dr. Subramanian Swamy

The NIA should investigate the suicide, he demanded

New Delhi – Senior leader of BJP, MP Dr. Subramanian Swamy urged that the NIA should investigate the suicide of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He also raised a  question, ‘Why the actors Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan and Amir Khan are quiet until now about the alleged suicide’ ?

Enquire the wealth of three Khans in Dubai !

Dr. Subramanian Swamy said on Twitter,

1.’India should investigate the properties and wealth of three Khans in India and abroad. Conduct inquiry into the wealth accumulated by three Khans in Dubai. Who gifted bungalows and properties to them, how did they acquire the properties ? A team of experts from NIA, Income Tax, and Enforcement Directorate should carry out a thorough investigation. Are they above the law of the country’ ?

The assets created by these 3 Khan Musketeers in India and abroad especially in Dubai need to be investigated . Who gifted them bunglows and properties there and how they bought it and the cartelisation needs to be investigated by SIT of ED , IT and CBI. Are they above the law?

2. ‘I asked the Advocate Ishkaran Bhandari to look into laws related to submitting a PIL or complaint and demand an investigation by the NIA. At present, Bhandari is studying if the IPC’s sections 306 and 308 are applicable’.

Presently in the Sushant Rajput case, Ishkaran is looking to see if Sections 306 and/or 308 of India Penal Code read with Article 21 of the Constitution is applicable. That is, whether accepting the Police version of it being a suicide, was the Actor driven to it?
