
Prayagraj (UP) – While hearing the case of Shrikrushna Janmabhoomi and Shahi Eidgah in Mathura, the Allahabad High Court has warned the media against wrong reporting. The Court has said, “Publishing a wrong report is contempt of Court.” An advocate has filed a case against news channels and newspapers for misreporting. Also, a direction from the Court was sought in this regard. Other parties have also expressed concern over this issue.
Justice Ram Manohar Narayan Mishra said, “The Court expects media to exercise restraint while reporting about this case and must maintain dignity and sanctity for the Court’s orders.”
