Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s indirect warning to fanatic Muslims who are violently protesting over the case of Yeti Narasimhanand

Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh) – “Every citizen should naturally have a sense of gratitude towards great men, but this sentiment cannot be imposed by force. Mutual respect among all religions is essential. If anyone disrespects or insults the beliefs, revered figures, Deities, or practices of any community, they will be held accountable under the law and face severe punishment. Any attempt to cause chaos, engage in vandalism, or arson in the guise of a protest will not be tolerated. Those who incite disorder will face serious consequences,” warned Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Protests have erupted in the State by members of the Muslim community over the alleged insult of Prophet Muhammad by Yeti Narasimhanand. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath issued a stern warning during a law-and-order review meeting in this background. The meeting included key officials such as the Chief Secretary, Director General of Police, Additional Chief Secretary of the Home Department, and senior officials from other departments.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath directed the Police administration to ensure that every District and Police station remains vigilant to maintain a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere during the Sharadiya Navratri and Vijayadashami celebrations.
