Sacred red thread on the wrists of the employees forcibly cut off in Coca-Cola factory

Ayodhya – A video from Amrut Bottler Pvt Ltd, a Coca-Cola factory, has gone viral on social media. The video shows the Hindu employees being allowed inside the factory after forcibly cutting the red thread on their wrists. This news has appeared on a news portal. The angry employees and the locals viewed it as a blatant disregard for their religious freedom and sentiments.

The accusation is that the security personnel ordered the employees to remove the threads on their wrists if they wanted to report to work. After this incident became viral the people have posted strong reactions on the social media denouncing it. Coca-Cola is yet to comment about the issue.

Editorial Perspective

Earlier, Late Rajiv Dixit had exposed the ill effects of Coca-Cola and revealed its harmful components to the society. However, till today, no Government has taken any action against the company. That is precisely why Coca-Cola has come to this level. It is shameful for 100 crore Hindus. At least after this incident, will the Government ban this foreign company ?
