Mumbai – A video was circulated of a rat found in a tray containing packets of laddus in the prasad of Shri Siddhivinayak Temple in Mumbai, a place of pilgrimage for millions of devotees. But the truth behind the video is still not clear. In the video, many packets of laddus appear gnawed by the rats. Veena Patil, Secretary of the temple trust said that the video and the CCTV footage will be investigated.

Shri Siddhivinayak Temple Committee President Sada Saravankar has denied the allegations. He said that the video was not from their temple. That appeared to be someone’s conspiracy. Siddhivinayak Temple is quite clean, but the video shows a place which is too dirty. Hence , the video appears to be fake.
