Shivrajyabhishek ceremony celebrated at Rajgad in saffronised atmosphere

Bhor (Pune District) – On behalf of ‘Samast Hindu Bandhav Samajik Sanstha, Maharashtra Rajya,’ the Shivrajyabhishek ceremony was celebrated at Rajgad as per Tithi on 20th June. This event spanned over two days of 19th and 20th June. “Samast Hindu Bandhav Samajik Sanstha believes that this is not just a ceremony, but a source of energy for Hindus to look up to the ever-burning torch of Hindutva and move forward. Therefore, this ceremony has been organised at fort Rajgad as per Tithi for the last five years,” said Mr Ravindra Padwal, founder president of the organisation. During this event, Advocate Mr Virendra Ichalkaranjikar, National President, Hindu Vidhidnya Parishad, was felicitated for his contributions to Hindu Dharma. In the murder case of Dr Narendra Dabholkar, the innocent devout Hindus Dr Virendra Singh Tawde, Advocate Sanjeev Punalekar, and Mr Vikram Bhave were acquitted. Advocate Virendra Ichalkaranjikar made a significant contribution in this matter, ensuring true justice for Hindutva. For this work, he was felicitated on this occasion by Mr Ravindra Padwal, President of Samast Hindu Bandhav Samajik Sanstha, and Mr Kunal Malusare, a descendant of Subhedar Tanaji Malusare.

During the ceremony, the descendants of Sardar Hiroji Indulkar, Mr Samirraje Indulkar, the descendants of Sarnobat Sardar Pilajirao Gole, Mr Devidasji Gole, as well as hundreds of Shivpremi (devotees of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj) and approximately 3,500 devout Hindus from across the State were present. Swati Mohol and other associates were also present at this event.

Accomplished devout Hindus felicitated with awards

As every year, this year too, accomplished devout Hindus who made remarkable contributions to Dharmakarya were felicitated with awards. The ‘Gorakshan’ award was presented to Mr Akash Dhotre and Mr Ravi Musale. The ‘Hindutva Shiledar’ award was given to Mr Digambar Padwal, while awards for Shivkarya were given to Dharmarakshak Dal, Shri Shivshambhu Seva Trust, and Shivkarya Pratishthan.

Fort Rajgad adorned for its Swami’s ceremony

On Jyeshtha Shukla Dwadashi, the Gadpujan (fort’s Puja), meeting of fort’s Deities with the Abhishek Murti, Palkhi procession, traditional martial arts, and traditional Gondhal of the fort’s Deity Padmavati were celebrated with great enthusiasm. The birth anniversary of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj was also celebrated with great joy. On Jyeshtha Shukla Trayodashi, the main Rajyabhishek (coronation) ceremony started in the morning with traditional rituals performed by Vedmaharshi Makarand Joshi and his associates with recitations of mantras. The fort was decorated attractively with banners telling the history of the Mavlas (warriors) and flowers at the entrance, and a procession of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was held on the fort.
