Demand return of the hostages and removal of PM Netanyahu

Tel Aviv – People protested in large numbers in the city. They demanded an agreement with Hamas to release the hostages, removal of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from the office and early elections in the country. This was the largest protest in Israel after the attack on Israel on 7th October 2023. 1.2 lakh Israeli citizens participated in the protest. The demonstrators gathered at Democracy Square, Begin Road and Kaplan Street. Protestors called out that hostages must be brought back.
Qatar, US and Egypt made a joint proposal
Qatar, US and Egypt have made a joint proposal in which they have appealed for an agreement between Israel and Hamas for ceasefire and release of hostages. The proposal says that the agreement will provide relief to the long-term victims, hostages and their families.
