Bengaluru (Karnataka) – “Dirty thoughts like that of Prajwal Revanna have never been seen anywhere in this country. Maybe he wanted to write his name in the ‘Guinness Book of World Records.’ Women used to be with Deity Shrikrushna with devotion, but not this way, probably Prajwal Revanna wanted to break Shrikrushna’s record too,” these outrageous statements were made by Karnataka Excise Minister Ramappa Timmapur. He is being criticised on social media. Janata Dal (Secular) party leader and former Prime Minister Deve Gowda’s grandson Prajwal Revanna has been accused of sexually abusing thousands of women.

Blasting Timmapur’s remarks, BJP leader Mohan Krishna asserted, “Congress has gone intellectually bankrupt after releasing its manifesto; now it is harping on Sanatan Dharma. One thing is confirmed that the Congress and Hindu Dharma cannot co-exist. Ramappa Timmapur’s statement is very shameful, and we demand that he should be removed from the cabinet immediately for demeaning the Deities in Hindu Dharma.”
Radharaman Das, vice-president of ISKCON, said, “It has become a fashion for them to insult Sanatan Dharma.”
Congress National President Kharge had also made an offensive statement
Not only Congress Minister, but also the National President Mallikarjun Kharge had stated 3 days ago while speaking at a campaign meeting in Janjgir-Champa Lok Sabha constituency of Chhattisgarh that, “Our candidate Shivkumar Dahariya has Shiv in his name. So, he will face Ram (BJP’s politics) well.”
