Muslims killed a peon working in the CM office over a minor dispute

One person beaten up

Mumbai – Muslims stabbed to death a peon who was working in the Chief Minister’s office in Mantralaya in Mulund (West) over a petty money related matter. The name of the deceased youth is Akshay Narvekar. In this case, the Police have arrested Imran Mehmood Khan, Salim Mehmood Khan, Farooq Bagwan, Naushad Bagwan and Abdul Bagwan and a case of murder has been registered against them. The local Court has remanded all these accused in the Police custody till 8th May. Akash Sable, who was with Akshay Narvekar, was also beaten up by the Muslims. Sable’s condition is critical, and he is undergoing treatment at a hospital in Sion.

1. On 28th April, Akshay Narvekar bought Chicken Tandoori from Imran’s chicken centre in Kisannagar, Thane. There was an argument between Imran and Akshay as he did not have cash. Akshay paid through ‘Google Pay’.

2. That same evening, Akshay Narvekar and Akash Sable went to Salim’s chicken centre, a friend of Imran in Mulund (West). Imran was also there. They argued and got into a fight. After this argument, Akshay Narvekar and Akash Sable left for Thane.

3. Salim and Imran chased both of them. Salim and Imran attacked Akshay Narvekar and Akash Sable with a mutton cleaver and an iron rod while they were standing at the Vaishalinagar bus stand in Thane.

4. Peon Akshay Narvekar died on the spot while Akash fell unconscious.
