I am not a devotee of Ram, but a devotee of the Constitution : Karnataka Congress Minister Priyank Kharge

Congress Minister Priyank Kharge

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – I do not go to Shriram Temple because I have no devotion into Shriram. I am a devotee of the Constitution. While speaking in the assembly pointing out that BJP is taking 3 crore people to Ayodhya, Congress minister from Karnataka Priyank Kharge said that if someone invites him, he will go to Ayodhya to see the architecture of the temple.

MLA Priyank Kharge further added that the Congress has not opposed Shriram Temple, The Shankaracharyas have. (None of the Shankaracharyas have opposed the construction of the Shriram Temple. Kharge is deliberately lying. – Editor) Shriram’s pranapratishtha ceremony should be performed by Saints and Sages. Karnataka Congress leader Priyank Kharge said, the four Shankaracharyas & Saints are saying not to inaugurate an incomplete Shriram Temple. Why is BJP seeking answers from Congress, but not listening to what the Shankaracharyas are saying ? The Congress Party Chief has directed our workers should do as they wish. I follow the principles of Buddha and Basavaraja Swami.

Editorial Perspective

Please note that those who refuse to be devotees of Shriram wear skull caps on their heads during Ramazan, participate in Iftar feasts and celebrate Tipu Sultan’s birth anniversary.
