New Delhi – The consecration of the idol of Shriram Lalla is set to take place in Ayodhya on 22nd January. This occasion has stirred up excitement throughout India, leading to the organisation of various programmes across the country. The celebration of 22nd January will not only be broadcast in India but also at the prestigious Times Square area of the News York in the US. Times Square is a central part of New York City and a major hub for tourism, business and entertainment.

The ceremony will also be live streamed at Indian embassies abroad

The consecration ceremony of Shriram Lalla will also be live streamed at various Indian embassies overseas. The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) has planned to broadcast this event directly at the grassroots level. Following the ceremony, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation. The various rituals organised in Ayodhya for the consecration of Shriram Lalla will begin on 16th January. Approximately 60,000 people are expected to attend the ceremony on 22nd January.
