Siddaramaiah himself is Ram, why should he go to Ayodhya ? – Karnataka Congress leader Anjaneya

Karnataka Congress leader Holalkere Anjaneya’s ridiculous statement on attending the inauguration of Shriram temple

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Congress leader H. Anjaneya

Bengaluru (Karnataka) – Former Karnataka Minister and Congress leader Holalkere Anjaneya has compared Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to Shriram, asking why he should go to Ayodhya’s Shriram temple and worship ‘BJP’s Ram’. “It is good that Siddaramaiah was not invited to the inauguration of Shriram temple,” he said. Anjaneya was speaking to reporters in Chitradurga when he was asked why Siddaramaiah was not invited to attend the inauguration of the Shriram temple in Ayodhya on 22 nd January.

Anjaneya further said,

1.“The matter of Shriram temple in Ayodhya is being heated deliberately by the BJP. Shriram is everywhere. Our Shriram is inside our heart. My name is Anjaneya, you know what Anjaneya did in Ramayan”, said the Congress leader. (Hindus can see what Anjaneya did in Ramayan and what Anjaneya of today is doing ! – Editor). He added, “The BJP always does this, dividing people on the lines of religion and community. They are aggressively wooing a particular community for votes at the expense of others. We are also Hindus. BJP has not bought Hindu Dharma or Hindus”.

2.Anjaneya remarked that the BJP wasn’t prioritising the larger ‘social issues’ that the country is grappling with. Even today, some Dalits live in places that are not suitable even for street dogs. Houses should be built for these people and they should be shifted there. Call these houses ‘Shriram temple’. Then the real Shriram would bless you. (Since Congress party is ruling in Karnataka now, citizens feel that it should do this pious work itself ! – Editor). Don’t use Shriram for vote politics.

Editorial Perspectives

  • Seeing the grand temple of Shriram being constructed in Ayodhya after 550 years, the Hindu-hater and Muslim-lover Congressmen and other politicians are feeling annoyed. That is why they are making such statements; but they should remember that Hindus will teach them a lesson in elections.
  • It is equally true that Hindus in Karnataka who elected Congress to power are now
    regretting.
