NIA raids 43 locations in Maharashtra

Mumbai – On 9 th December, NIA raided 44 places in Maharashtra and Karnataka. In Maharashtra 43 places have been raided. Several teams of the agency raided 1 place in Pune, 31 in Thane rural, 1 in Thane city, and 1 in Bhayandar. This is a very big mission conducted jointly by the State Anti- Terrorist Squad and National Investigation Agency. 15 individuals have been arrested by them they are Shakib Nachan, Hasib Mulla, Musab Mulla, Rehan Suse, Farhan Suse, Feroz Kuwar, Adil Khot, Mukhnis Nachan, Atik Nachan, Yahyah Khot, Rafil Nachan, Shakub Diwkar, Kaseph Belare, and Muzahir Kepi.

Raids at Kondwa and Mominpura areas of Pune

Two mobiles have been confiscated in the raids in Mira-Bhayandar. Shoaib Ali Shaikh’s house in Talab Factory in Kondwa (Pune) was raided. Here one laptop and one mobile was confiscated. From Anwar Ali’s home in Mominpura mobile, laptop and a sattur was confiscated. The Maharashtra ATS conducted these raids. Padgha (Bhiwandi) 7 to 8 individuals were arrested. The agencies had Padgha on their radar. The biggest action was undertaken here.

It is thought that investigation after these raids will expose international terrorist network and the conspiracy of the ISIS terrorists. A person involved in indoctrination of youth to the ISIS ideology and carry out terrorist activities, has also been arrested in these raids.
