Shivalinga denigrated while beautifying Delhi for G20 Summit

• Fountains looked like Shivalinga

• BJP and AAP accusing each other

New Delhi – Delhi’s beautification is being carried on for 9th and 10th September G20 Summit. Water fountains have been installed on both the sides of the road at Hanuman Chowk at Dhaula Kuan. There are 6 fountains on either side of the road. People are criticising these fountains because the shape is like Shivalinga.

Charu Pragya, BJP leader tweeted, “A Shivling is not for decoration. And Dhaula Kuan is not Gyanvapi. AAP Govt in Delhi has installed Shivling shaped fountains at Dhaula Kuan.

On the other hand, AAM Admi Party has accused BJP of insulting Shivalinga and is holding them responsible for this.

The same parties would not dare insulting other religions, because they know the consequences. Hindus are indifferent about their own religion, they do it themselves, or when someone else does it they are not bothered.
