After the call with God, I will let you know how many seats I will win in the election : Farooq Abdullah, Former CM, J&K

Mumbai – BJP often claims the number of seats they will be winning in the elections. “I think they have received a message from God that they will win these many seats. We have not received any call from God. The day we do; we will let you know,” said Jammu Kashmir National Conference leader and former CM of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah. Speculations have gained ground that there may be talks of a seat-sharing formula during the third meeting of the INDIA partners in Mumbai.

Taking a dig at the BJP over its claim of winning 300 plus seats in the next Lok Sabha elections, Abdullah said the ruling party may have received a message from God to make the claim.

He further said that they are trying to save the country. This country belongs to all of us. Unity and diversity both are important. If diversity is strong, unity will become stronger. To solve the country’s problems, we need to strengthen diversity. (Isn’t this ironic ? Farooq Abdullah, who always speaks in favour of separatist leaders in Kashmir is now speaking about protecting the country. – Editor)
