Key to the treasure missing, claims the State Government

Puri (Odisha) – The treasure in Shri Jagannath Temple here remained closed for 39 years. They had last opened in 1974. It contains 150 kg gold and 258 kg silver. BJP and Congress demand an audit of the wealth in the treasure. The Orissa High Court has asked the State Government to respond by 10th July. The State Government expresses its inability to open the said room key to the inner Ratna Bhandar, as the key is missing.
