Disregarding the High Court order

Gwalior (MP) – Rohit Arya, Judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Division Bench reprimanded the Deputy Director of the Mining Department. A Judge of the Division Bench reprimanded the Deputy Director during the hearing of the case related to the illegal digging of sand saying that he was not even capable of being a peon, who made him an officer ? The High Court had already passed an order regarding the issue of digging sand in Bhind District. The District Collector passed an order last year about the transportation of sand. Despite this, the Mining Department has not issued any order; hence, the judge reprimanded the Deputy Director.
Despite many orders, why the transport passes were not given by the transport Department ? asked the Judge to the Deputy Director. He could not answer the question. That infuriated the Judge. Stating that they had collusion/network with the sand mafia. He also said that officers like him did not do any work without accepting a bribe.
That is why the passes were not issued. He continued that if the Deputy was not able to give passes then he must register the reason behind it in the High Court. While advising the officer, he said, improve your habits or else you might lose your job.
