Belagavi (Karnataka) – Posters of Swatantryaveer Savarkar have become a topic of controversy in Karnataka. These posters are being opposed by Congress. A few days ago, BJP MLA from Shivamogga KS Eshwarappa appealed to the Muslim youth to stay under control in this matter. Now Shri Ram Sena chief Mr Pramod Muthalik has said that 15,000 posters of Veer Savarkar and Bal Gangadhar Tilak will be put up in the entire State.

‘Swatantryaveer Savarkar was not against Muslims, he was against the British. He was a freedom fighter. If Muslims or Congress touch Savarkar’s posters, we will cut off their hands’, he warned.
