India will provide Dornier maritime surveillance aircraft to Sri Lanka

Colombo (Sri Lanka) – India will give Sri Lanka a Dornier maritime surveillance aircraft. The aircraft will be handed over at a function in Colombo where President Ranil Wickremesinghe will be present. An agreement was signed between the two countries in 2018 to provide two Dornier aircraft. (Even if there was an agreement in 2018, it should be scrapped or suspended considering the current situation. Sri Lankan Navy is already arresting Indian fishermen for trespassing in their territory. If this aircraft is used against India, who will be responsible ? – Editor)
