
Antananarivo (Madagascar) – A huge Hindu temple was inaugurated on 26th July in the capital Antananarivo, east of Africa. It is the first Hindu temple in the capital of the country of 26 million population.

Indian ambassador Abhay Kumar was present at the inauguration ceremony. Madagascar has more than 20 thousand people of Indian origin. Most of them are Gujarati. Other parts of the country have smaller Hindu temples.
