New Delhi – ‘Nupur Sharma’s statement is valid or invalid ? Whether this is a crime or not is up to the Court to decide, but even before waiting for the verdict of the Court, violence is being carried out all over the country’, Alok Kumar, International Executive President of Vishva Hindu Parishad, said. The remarks were made by Alok Kumar on the backdrop of protests not only in the country but also internationally after Nupur Sharma the former BJP Spokesperson made an allegedly offensive statement against the Prophet Mohammad.

Alok Kumar objected to the protests against Nupur Sharma. He said, ‘How can there be violent protests without waiting for the Court verdict ? Is this violence legal ? It is being publicly threatened that if anyone speaks regarding the Prophet, their tongue will be cut. How can anyone speak such a language ? The intimidators are taking the law into their own hands, which is a matter of great concern’.
