Thieves return 14 stolen Idols from Balaji temple in Chitrakoot (UP) claiming nightmares

The thieves left 14 Idols outside the Mahant’s house along with a letter

Chitrakoot (UP) – Sixteen ashtadhatu Idols worth several crores of rupees were stolen from the ancient Balaji temple here on the night of 9^th May.

However, on 15^th May, the thieves left 14 Idols outside the Mahant’s house along with a letter stating that they were having nightmares after committing the crime. They were unable to sleep, hence, leaving the Idols outside his house.
