Discrimination and corruption are the ill effects of vote bank politics : PM Modi

Program held on the occasion of 42nd foundation day of BJP

New Delhi – A few parties have played politics of vote bank for many decades. Discrimination and corruption are the ill effects of such vote bank politics, stated Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing the programme organised to commemorate the 42nd foundation day of the BJP.

The Prime Minister said further,

There was a time when people used to feel that none of the Governments in power would be able to change the situation, but BJP has brought a change in their thinking.

Today, the country has the strength to form policies and take decisions. Our Government gives importance to nationalism. We are achieving the goals that we have set. The Government’s decisions take into account the interests of the country; therefore, we are now getting not only ‘Sab ka Saath (people’s cooperation) Sab ka Vikas (people’s progress) but also ‘Sab ka Vishwas (people’s trust)’.

During the diamond jubilee year of independent India, India’s focus is on becoming self-reliant, social justice for all, and total integration. BJP was founded on the basis of these resolves in the form of a seed of thoughts and therefore, for every BJP member, this period of diamond jubilee is a period of sincerely carrying out his duty.
