Implement Uniform Civil Code in the country

• Since the BJP Government is in the Centre, Nishikant Dubey should make efforts for the implementation of the Uniform Civil Code too !

New Delhi – “Even after 75 years of Independence, we have not been able to bring in a Uniform Civil Code. I urge the Government to soon bring a law to implement a Uniform Civil Code’’, BJP’s Member of Parliament Nishikant Dubey demanded in the Parliament.

He also said that such a move was necessary for a united India and the High Court has also suggested it. Last month Allahabad High Court had asked the Centre to set up a panel to implement the improvements according to Article 44. This Article has the provision of a Uniform Civil Code for all the people of the country.
