Whatever is happening today in the name of ‘Hindutva’ is not ‘Hindutva’ ! : Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s bogus claim

  • Why hasn’t Kejriwal said that whatever is happening in the name of Islam for many decades now in India and the world is not Islam ?
  • Why hasn’t Kejriwal said that the conversion of innocent Hindus in India through deceit and lure for many decades in the name of Jesus is not Christianity ?

New Delhi – “Dividing people in the name of religion, engineering riots and committing atrocities on Dalits is not Hindutva, but to unite one human being with another is. (Will Arvind Kejriwal say anything on Love Jihad, Land Jihad, forcible conversion of Hindus, rioting organised by religious fanatics for most trivial of reasons ? In connection with the Delhi rioting, Kejriwal’s party Municipal Councilor Tahir Hussain was arrested; why has Arvind Kejriwal not condemned Hussain’s act ? Why is he not talking about such things ? – Editor) Today, whatever is happening in the name of Hindutva, is not Hindutva. These people abuse others on social media, threaten them, this is not Hindutva”, said Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a ‘Times Now’ function.

Arvind Kejriwal added that Prabhu Shriram is the Deity worshipped by every Hindu. “I feel every word uttered by Shriram, His talking is Hindutva for me. Prabhu Ram’s life, inspiration and conduct are true Hindutva. Aam Aadmi Party is following true ‘Hindutva’ as it wants to unite 130 crore people of the country and take the Nation on the path of development”, he claimed. (If someone claims to follow Hindutva, it is expected that Hindus, Hindu Dharma and Hindu temples are protected by him. Kejriwal has done nothing so far for Kashmiri Hindus, nothing for Hindus who have come from Bengal; hence, we should realise that his Hindutva is fake and is a political gimmick ! – Editor)

Arvind Kejriwal also dismissed as ‘absolutely wrong’ the charge that he is playing ‘soft Hindutva’ card for votes in the run-up to the Assembly elections in four States with his recent visit to Shriram Mandir in Ayodhya and his Government’s approval to the Tirth Yatra Yojana for senior citizens in Delhi. On Diwali, he had led his Cabinet in prayers at a replica of the Shriram Mandir of Ayodhya.
