Citizens who elect socially inactive rulers are responsible for the present state of affairs

If rulers belonging to all the parties had educated citizens and thereby, made them spiritually pure, there would be no crimes in the society. Consequently, the needless additional expenses for all-round cctv coverage, increasing the number of Courts, etc. could have been avoided. Citizens are entirely responsible for electing such non-performing rulers. Such citizens should be punished for their negligence.
