From March 2020 to 11th April 2021, more than 13.3 million people in India were infected with the Coronavirus. Over 1,69,000 have died. Coronavirus infection is now spreading faster than last year. The growing number of patients has led to shortage of beds, insufficient number of ventilators and of remdesivir injections and oxygen cylinders in hospitals. The relatives of patients have to stand in lines outside many hospitals to get a bed for their kin. Despite having money, it has become difficult for people to get treatment.

Awareness is being spread through various means by the Government to prevent the spread of Coronavirus infection and to protect the lives of people. However, people are ignoring these instructions. Considering the dire situation of Coronavirus infection, it is even more important to take care of your health.

‘Sanatan Prabhat’ Periodicals have already published necessary instructions in Allopathy, Ayurveda, Homeopathy on how to take care of health.

According to medical advice, it is essential to strictly follow instructions such as using masks, keeping a safe distance, washing hands, using sanitiser from time to time, leaving the house only if necessary, avoiding crowds, etc.

To increase morale and self-confidence to face this calamity, information on how to take autosuggestions as per the guidelines of Sanatan Sanstha has been published along with examples in ‘Sanatan Prabhat’ Periodicals. Seekers as well as well-wishers and readers have benefitted from these. Besides this, to increase our inner strength, we should chant the Names of ‘Durga-Datta-Shiva’ and recite any of the 3 mantras advised by Paratpar Guru Pande Maharaj 21 times. Pray from time to time to create a protective sheath around yourself.

Births and deaths are predestined, and Saints and Prophets predict that there will be great loss of life in the coming disasters. Even then, God expects us to use our kriyaman-karma (Wilful actions, meaning, our free will). It is our spiritual practice to follow the instructions given from time to time about disasters considering their severity. Saints have also assured that after the disasters, ‘Divine Rule’ (Ramrajya) will be established. With this in mind, let us follow instructions as our spiritual practice to qualify to be citizens in Ramrajya by surrendering unto God.
