Prayagraj – “While drafting the Constitution of the Hindu Rashtra, we have upheld Dharma as its basis. Drawing from sacred scriptures, we have studied governance models of States where administration was exemplary. This Constitution has been formulated to ensure that citizens experience the essence of Ram Rajya,” stated Shambhavi Peethadheeshwar Shri Swami Anand Swaroopji Maharaj. He further announced that this draft Constitution will be formally presented to the public on the auspicious occasion of Vasant Panchami.
He further stated that:
1. A 500-page Constitution of the Hindu Rashtra, along with its summarized draft, has been shared with all the chief Acharyas. However, it cannot be published without their collective approval. Experts in the field have contributed to finalizing this document.
2. The draft has been well-received by all. Saints, Sadhus, and chief Acharyas unanimously believe that the Hindu Rashtra Constitution should be formally adopted. Currently, only the draft has been released, and the complete Constitution will be presented to the public on Vasant Panchami. Following this, it will be submitted to Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi after obtaining signatures from all concerned parties.
3. Even left-wing news channels have reported on the formulation of the Hindu Rashtra Constitution. This indicates that they too acknowledge the inevitability of its establishment. Initially, we believed that the Hindu Rashtra would take shape by 2035, but now we are confident that it will be realized by 2030.
4. The military system in the Hindu Rashtra will remain unchanged. The nation will continue to be a republic, but the Constitution and governance model will be revised. The new Constitution will be indigenous, created within the country. The governmental framework of the Hindu Rashtra will align with the traditional governance principles of Indian culture.
