Firoz does ‘Gharvapasi’ due to dreams of Hindu Deities, changes name to ‘Rahul Sanatani’

22nd incident of Gharvapasi in Khandwa District of Madhya Pradesh

(Gharvapasi means re-entry into Hindu Dharma)

Khandwa (Madhya Pradesh) – A Muslim youth, Feroz, has recently re-entered Hindu Dharma with rituals. His name has been changed to ‘Rahul Sanatani’. The purification process was completed in the presence of Pandit Ashwin Khede at the Mahadevgad temple here, with havan and chanting of mantras. This is 22nd incident of Gharvapasi in Khandwa District in the last 2 years.

Firoz, a resident of Dubey Colony in Khandwa, said that he had a strong belief in Hindu Dharma since the age of 14. He said that he used to see Bajrangbali and ‘Khatu Shyamji’ (Deity Shrikrushna) in his dreams and that was the main reason for his return to Hindu Dharma. He described purification as a return to one’s roots rather than a conversion.

Ashok Paliwal, the caretaker of the temple, said that Feroze’s decision faced opposition from his family and community. Due to this, he had to live in Indore for some time. (Where do the so-called liberals who shout against Hindu Dharma from the rooftops on the pretext of freedom of expression and religion hide in such a situation ?  – Editor).

Rahul said that Sanatan Dharma has a spirit of welfare for all and that is why he accepted it. He also said that after joining Sanatan Dharma, he got spiritual peace and satisfaction.

Editorial Perspective

Non-Hindus accept Hindu Dharma on their own after getting Divine experiences, while other religions convert people by offering them bait or by using weapons.
