Kandali (Dist Pune), 21st July – The Guru Purnima festival was celebrated at the ‘samadhi-sthal’ of Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj, the seat of worship of Sanatan Sanstha, at Kandali. The programme, jointly held by Shri Ramachandradev Trust and Saint Bhakatraj Maharaj Samadhi Trust’, was attended by a large number of devotees.

Various programmes on the previous day of Guru Purnima

On 20th July 2024, the special ‘puja’ of Saint Bhakatraj’s Samadhi-sthal was performed between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. Snehalata Madhukar Kulkarni and family presented a programme describing the similarities between the divine play of Bhagavan Shrikrushna and Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m. and devotional songs composed by Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj. ‘Aarti’ was recited from 7.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. at the ‘Samadhi-sthal’, followed by ‘Mahaprasad’. Mrs Manjusha Bhabhe presented ‘keertan’ from 9.30 p.m. to 11.00 p.m. and at 11.00 p.m., devotees of Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj presented devotional songs written by Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj.

On the day of ‘Guru Purnima’, on 21st July 2024, ‘Abhishek’ was performed at  ‘samadhi-sthal’ of Saint Bhaktaraj Maharaj followed by Shri Satyanarayan puja. ‘Mahaprasad’ programme was held from 12.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.

On both the days i.e. 20th and 21st July 2024, Dr Sonal Mahajan and Dr Anant Mahajan held a camp on natural cure between 2.30 p.m. and 5.00 p.m.
