4-year-old boy’s dead body found in a drain in Patna, Bihar

Patna (Bihar) – Angry relatives of a 4-year-old boy, whose dead body was found in the drain near the ‘Tiny Tot Academy’ here, set the school on fire on 17th May. The situation is tense and the Police have taken 3 persons into custody.

1. The parents were worried as their son did not return from school. They went to the school to make inquiries. Getting the information that their son had gone home after school, the parents and the boy’s relatives began to search for him. They found the boy’s dead body in a drain near the school. Furious, they set the entire school on fire. They also blocked the road in front of the school for a long time, resulting in heavy traffic jam. Some even burnt the tyres of cars on the road itself.

2. The Police are investigating the case. Superintendent of Police Chandra Prakash said that, they saw the boy entering the school in the school CCTV, but did not find footage of him coming out of the school even after thorough scanning. A case of murder has been registered. The Police are investigating the case under the assumption that the body was hidden in the school. As the body was found in the school premises, all those associated with the school are being interrogated.
