Do not post objectionable matter on social media ! – Appeal by PI Mahesh Toraskar, Ratnagiri City

The City PI Mahesh Toraskar said that an objectionable post by one person can lead to communal disharmony and affect law and order in the area. Cases have been filed against the accused and necessary action will be taken against them. It is an appeal to people to refrain from posting such matter on social media. If there were such posts, people should get help from the Police, but nobody should take the law into their own hands. A complaint should be filed with the Police and the Police will certainly take action.

Editorial Perspective

Fanatics never pay heed to such appeals. Please note that only Hindus follow Police advice.

Editorial Perspectives

  • Had Hindus not gone to the Police station, the Police wouldn’t have registered the complaint. It is so infuriating that in India though Hindus are in the majority, they have to fight against injustice in this manner. Problems faced by Hindus will be resolved only after India becomes a Hindu Rashtra.
  • Do the Police, who tried to avoid registering cases against fanatics, belong to India or Pakistan ? Please note that the Police, who kowtow before religious fanatics, always dictate terms to Hindus.
