Imran Khan again praised India’s independent foreign policy

 Lahore (Pakistan) – Imran Khan, the former Prime Minister of Pakistan, praised India’s independent foreign policy. While speaking at a rally in Lahore, he played a video of Indian Foreign Minister S Jaishankar slamming the US. In spite of constant pressure from the US, Jaishankar safeguarded the purchase of cheap oil from Russia. Jaishankar while addressing even at Bratislava, Slovakia, slammed the US on India’s stance on buying cheap oil from Russia. He said, if Europe can buy gas from Russia, then why can’t India buy oil from Russia ?

In an address to a rally, Imran Khan said that India bought oil from Russia because it was in the interests of its people. India, which gained independence alongside Pakistan, can safeguard its interests and implement foreign policy in the interest of its people, so why can’t the Pakistani Government do the same ?
