At the same time, the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine has exacerbated it. Most poor countries are facing inflation above 5 percent. The inflation situation may worsen in the coming days. India’s growth forecast has come down due to rising inflation by the Asian Development Bank. The bank has reduced India’s growth rate to 7.2 percent for the financial year 2022-23. Earlier this growth rate was kept at 7.5 percent. Due to the fear of economic recession, big companies around the world have frozen hiring.
