
Haridwar (Uttarakhand) – Haridwar Court has ruled to exclude children who abuse their parents from their property. Six elderly couples had filed a petition against their abusive children to take back the property given to them. In its verdict, the Court ordered the children to return the property within a month.

If the order is not complied with, the Police are empowered to seize the property and return it to the elderly couple.
