Shah Rukh Khan criticized on social media for supporting the Taliban

Mumbai (Maharashtra) – Criticism followed on social media – ‘Lives off India, sings paeans of Pakistan’ – against actor Shah Rukh Khan for taking a stand in support of the Taliban. Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath has also compared Shah Rukh Khan to the Taliban.

Referring to the fact that earlier as well Shah Rukh Khan had often attempted to support Pakistan in his own films, some have called for a ban on Khan’s films.

Criticism is being leveled on social media for various anti-national statements Shah Rukh Khan has made so far. ‘Stop hurting and provoking religious sentiments through films’ – such reactions are also being expressed on social media.

“They (the Khans) are worried because of the harassment they will be subjected to. They have so much to lose. It will not be just financial harassment. It’s a question of their entire establishments getting harassed. Muslims in India are different, but some Indian Muslims are seen supporting the Taliban”.

Twitter trend of Khan’s supporters against devout Hindu Suresh Chavhanke

Suresh Chavhanke, a devout Hindu and Chief Editor of ‘Sudarshan TV’ channel had opposed Shahrukh Khan’s film. After this, Khan’s supporters started a Twitter trend against Chavhanke.
