Mahant Rambhaj Das of the ancient Shringi Rishi Ashram murdered at Kaithal (Haryana)

• Despite Haryana being governed by BJP rule, the killing of Mahant taking place  is of great concern.
• Central Government must form a special task force to prevent the killings of Saints, Sages, and devout Hindus.

Kaithal (Haryana) – An incident of the brutal murder of 26-year-old Mahant Rambhaj Das was reported. A few persons attacked, viciously hit him, and threw him in a field in the Kharpandva village of Kalayat. Critically injured Mahant was admitted to the hospital by the villagers. He succumbed to death while under treatment. Mahant Rambhaj Das was the Vice-president of ‘Shaddarshan Sadhu Samaj’, Haryana and ‘Mahant’ of ancient ‘Shringi Rishi Ashram’ in Sanghan village of Kaithal. He was a postgraduate.

As per his statements to the Police before death, one Chhavidas attacked him with Kuldeep and Nehra. These two persons accompanied him out of Ashram. The Police filed a case against the three culprits.
