Action taken against 7 sculptors of Nashik for making Plaster of Paris Idols

Nashik, Maharashtra –  Seven sculptors have been slapped with fine for making Plaster of Paris Idols. Rs 10,000 have been recovered as penalty from each of them. The Nashik Municipality has began taking action against sculptors making Plaster of Paris Idols. It is said that this action is being taken to create awareness in the citizens.

Nashik Municipality has given a warning that those making Plaster of Paris Idols will be fined Rs 10,000.
