Hague (Netherlands) – International Court of Justice has ordered Israel to stop attacks in Rafah in the Gaza strip. South Africa had accused Israel of genocide and asked the International Court to order Israel to stop the attacks. The petition was heard by a team of 15 judges; 13 of them ruled in favour of ending the war. However, Israel reacted to the ruling, saying it would not comply with the Court’s order. Israeli Minister Benny Gantz said, “attacks on Rafah would continue.”
