
Kabul – After the Taliban Government came into rule in Afghanistan, India once again started its embassy in Afghanistan. Last year, when the Taliban seized control of the country, India had shut the embassy. The “technical team” has reached Kabul where it will be stationed at the embassy to coordinate delivery of humanitarian aid. The Ministry of External Affairs said that India also sent aid to the victims of the earthquake.

Afghanistan has welcomed this decision of India. Abdul Kahar Balkhi, the spokesperson of the Ministry of External Affairs of the Taliban Government in Afghanistan has assured to take care of the security of the embassy according to international political rules.
