Colombo (Sri Lanka) – The President of Sri Lanka finally accepted in front of the Council of Ministers that he is responsible for the crisis in the country. “My wrong decisions have led to the economic crisis in the country and I will try to correct my mistakes”, he said. Rajapaksa has established his new Council of Ministers.

He said, “I feel sorry to impose the ban on chemical fertilisers in 2020. Due to this decision, the agricultural production in the country has significantly reduced. People had raised agitations against it. My decision was wrong. Now, the necessary steps are being taken to correct the mistake.”
