The Taliban may try to prevent wastage of money, but they will have to beg the world for money after the international community boycotts them.

Kabul (Afghanistan) – Taliban has decided to cancel the oath ceremony of its Ministers. Previously, the Taliban mentioned that they would hold an oath ceremony on 11th September. Taliban said they cancelled the ceremony to prevent wastage of funds.
