China stops 3 power projects in Pakistan due to terrorist attacks

Islamabad – Chinese establishments working on three projects in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have stopped work due to continuous attacks on the Chinese officials in Pakistan. Moreover, China is evacuating an estimated 1,500 Chinese nationals from there. All the three plants have the capacity to generate 9.860 MW of power. 3 days ago, in Shangla District of Pakistan, 5 Chinese engineers were killed in a suicide attack on a bus carrying them. Many workers complained to their superiors, that they could not work under the shadow of death. After this, China took the above decision.
