Remove hijab and cow slaughter ban : ‘Amnesty India’ to Karnataka Govt

Demand of anti-Hindu ‘Amnesty India’ to Congress Government in Karnataka

New Delhi – Anti-India and anti-Hindu human rights organisation Amnesty International’s Indian branch ‘Amnesty India’ has released a list of anti-Hindu demands for the newly elected Congress Government in Karnataka. It has demanded removal of ban on hijab in schools and colleges in the State, allowing cow slaughter and taking action against Hindus who boycott Muslim shops near temples. These demands have been made by this organisation through some tweets in this regard.

1. ‘Amnesty India’ claimed that the hijab ban forces Muslim girls to choose between freedom of expression and religion and the right to education. This hinders their ability to meaningfully participate in society.

2. ‘Amnesty India’ has demanded to review and repeal the provisions of the State’s Cow Slaughter Prohibition Act. Laws made regarding prohibition of cow slaughter and prohibition of conversion may be misused. It is said that it can be used as a weapon against minorities.

3. About the boycott of Muslim vendors, ‘Amnesty India’ said,

Ahead of the State elections, calls for economic boycott and violence against Muslims were made. Efforts should be made to stop discrimination and crimes based on religion, caste.

Appropriate decisions will be taken soon – Congress

On the demands of Amnesty India, Congress MLC Prakash Rathod said, ”the Government has started its functioning only a few days ago. I am quite sure appropriate decision will be taken very soon.”

Editorial Viewpoints

Although ‘Amnesty’ claims that it works for human rights all over the world, it has been exposed repeatedly that it carries out anti-Hindu and anti-India activities. Even now, its anti-India and anti-Hindu face has been revealed through these demands.

Please note that when Hindus are attacked by fanatical Muslims, when Governments of Congress, Trinamool Congress, Samajwadi Party, etc. make anti-Hindu laws, this organisation remains silent.
