Alwar (Rajasthan) – In Narthala village Dalit family was attacked by fanatic Muslims over a dispute about the grazing of sheep and goats. 20 individuals have been injured in this fight. That day Sohanlal Meghwal had brought his sheep and goats to graze near a temple. Some distance away sheep owned by Imran, from the same village, were grazing. Sohanlal’s one sheep while grazing went close to where Imran’s goats were grazing.

This enraged Imran, and he together with his brother chopped off the sheep’s tail. On Sohanlal’s opposition, an argument ensued and a crowd of both communities gathered. Then the Muslims attacked the Hindus. In this fight, 10 to 20 Hindus and 3 – 4 Muslims were injured. The Police did not do anything though a complaint was made to them.
